Our communication with our recipients is mainly through email. We have various excel templates that we have designed that we share with the recipients. We have templates for requisitions, budgets, reports, etc.
I did not know why reports, requisitions and budgets were often delayed. I got to understand that it is because these many templates were not user friendly for our portfolio.
Thanks to Adminie. Adminie has made collaboration with our recipients so easy. They have a one-stop center used by all the departments where we collaborate on projects. Eg. Project budget changes are approved online unlike before where it would be a series of emails that are never tracked properly.
I am always updated about my portfolio. I can report about the impact of the portfolio with ease.
