Samuel Mugisha D.C is CEO at Admin Impact Excellence (adminIE), a company that specialises in AI training, AI consulting, and AI Agents.
Samuel is an experienced Data Scientist with 14 years of experience in the Tech Industry. Previously, he worked as an AI resident at Apziva, a European firm providing AI solutions to banks. He worked with Mbarara University of Science and Technology for 6 years as Head of the Software Incubation and Innovation Unit. He is also co-founder at Streamline Health Tech, a software developer and provider, serving more than 120 health facilities in Uganda.
He holds a Master's degree in Advanced Computer Science from the University of Manchester, UK (2018), an MBA from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus (2016), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Business Applications from the University of Texas, USA (2025).
