How does Adminie Asset Management connect to Procurement to Warehousing to Fleet Management?

The three modules (asset management, procurement and warehousing) are linked directly from procurement requisitions to RFPs to Goods received to inventory.

 Assets not acquired through the procurement process can be directly added to the asset inventory in the asset management section.

Vehicles are assets that need more information than regular assets for example trips and dispatch, driver management, fuel management etc… Therefore the need for the fleet management module in addition to the asset module.

How does Adminie manage Donor provided assets?

Assets not acquired through the procurement process can be directly added into the asset inventory in the asset management module.

Does Adminie allow requests for repair of assets from the self service application?

The self service portal can be configured depending on the client’s needs. There is also a maintenance feature in the asset management module where a maintenance record can be started to go through the request and approval process.

Clerity for how items that do not depreciate, how are they being managed?

Assets that do not depreciate maintain their value without having any depreciation calculation configured.

Does Adminie work better for organizations with larger or multiple contracts, or can it support single-grant organizations?

Adminie supports both single-grant organizations and those with multiple contracts, depending on volume of activity.

Can Adminie track the activities and approvals for multiple beneficiaries or third-party contractors listed under a contract?

Yes,  the system can be configured to manage beneficiaries, contractors, and suppliers and their request flows.

Can donor-mandated HR assessments (for example mandatory pre-hiring assessments or sexual harassment checks) be embedded in the HR workflow?

Yes, external assessment features and additional interview parameters can be embedded into the system.

Can the system flag audit requirements that trigger when expenditure reaches a threshold (for example a requirement for an auditor when spend hits 750,000)?

Not currently built in, but an audit function can be added and auditors can be given system access.

Does Adminie offer pre-award assessment tools or templates to help partners prepare dossiers/detailed information for donor proposals?

Yes; the pre-award assessment templates are available or can be added to ensure consortium partners meet donor criteria.

Can the system retain required documents for donor-specified retention periods (e.g., three, seven, or ten years)?
