Our platform helps for-profit and non-for-profit organisations to use the latest cutting edge-AI enabled ERP solution, designed for the Africa context. As we scale across Africa, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Account Executive to drive sales and close clients accounts.
Role Overview
As an Account Executive (AE), you will own the full sales cycle from qualified, leading to closed deals. You will work closely with SDRs (or generate your own pipeline) to identify opportunities, run product demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
This is a quota-carrying role critical to revenue growth, ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle (prospecting → demo → negotiation → closing)
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers
- Conduct product demos tailored to businesses and non-profit organisations
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM tools
Requirements
- Own and manage the 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS or tech)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing quota-driven environments
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Strong industry knowledge (ERP, non-profit, enterprise, or relevant sector) and an existing network of contacts/decision-makers
- Experience selling ERPsolutions to businesses, NGOs, or enterprise clients is a strong advantage
- Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
